About me
I have been orienteering since before I can remember, and I started running to get better at orienteering. I have competed internationally since the age of 14 - I have been in the Great Britain team since I was 17, and the senior team since I was 20. I train mostly for orienteering, but I also do some fell running, cross country and road running sometimes.
My best results are winning the World Championships relay in 2008 with Jon Duncan and Jamie Stevenson, taking Silver in the World Cup Final 2010 and 9th overall in the World Cup 2010. Individual World Champs 9th in 2006 (sprint) and 2009 (long).
